10. Shipping and Delivery

ParadoxEcho ships to selected countries worldwide.

The shipping countries currently available are shown during the ordering process.

Unless otherwise stated on the respective product page, the estimated delivery time within Germany is generally 3 to 4 working days.

For international deliveries, longer delivery times may occur depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are non-binding estimates.

Delays caused by customs clearance, shipping service providers, authorities or other circumstances beyond our control generally do not give rise to a claim for damages.

11. Pre-orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders before their official release.

By completing a pre-order, you are reserving the respective product bindingly.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the purchase price is due immediately after completion of the order.

The release or shipping date stated on the product page is an estimated date and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.

Delivery delays may arise in particular due to:

Should shipping be significantly delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

12. Digital Products

• Download codes,

• Digital licenses,

• or comparable digital content.

Digital products are considered delivered as soon as the download is provided or the license key has been successfully transmitted.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that

• the technical requirements,

• the hardware used,

• the operating system,

• an internet connection,

• as well as a third-party user account (e.g. Steam) where applicable,

are suitable for using the product.

To the extent permitted by law, digital products that have already been provided or redeemed are excluded from return.

13. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal, as long as this exists according to the respective applicable legal provisions.

For customers within the European Union, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days.

Legally mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by this.

14. Returns

This allows us to process the return quickly and smoothly.

To the extent permitted by law, the customer bears the direct costs of the return.

Returned goods should:

• be complete,

• be in proper condition,

• be returned in the original packaging if possible.

For clothing, the following also applies:

A return is only possible if

• the item is unworn,

• shows no signs of wear,

• has not been washed,

• has not absorbed any odors,

• all original labels are still attached.

Use beyond a customary inspection may lead to a reduction in the refund amount according to statutory provisions.

15. Damaged or faulty products

We carefully check our products before shipping.

However, if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If possible, please report transport damage or obvious production defects within 7 days of receiving the goods.

This request is solely for quick processing and does not limit your statutory warranty rights.

16. Product availability

We strive to keep stock levels up to date at all times.

Nevertheless, in exceptional cases, it may happen that a product is no longer available despite a successful order.

In this case, we reserve the right to

• cancel the affected item,

• offer a comparable alternative,

• or fully refund payments already made.

Of course, we will inform you immediately in such a case.

17. Vouchers

Vouchers issued by ParadoxEcho can only be redeemed in our official online shop.

As far as legally permissible, the following applies:

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Cash payment is excluded.

• Lost or stolen vouchers generally cannot be replaced.

• Vouchers may not be resold commercially without our consent.

36. Force Majeure in Publications and Product Drops

ParadoxEcho sometimes releases products as part of planned releases, pre-orders, or limited product promotions.

Should a release be postponed due to production delays, supply bottlenecks, official measures, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust the release date accordingly.

This does not give rise to any further claims by the customer, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
